Job Responsibilities: 1) Provide administrative and logistics support to Faculty, including daily routine support, business trip plans, reimbursements, and personal affairs; 2) Provide admin support on academic activities and departmental activities; 3) Provide logistic support to events organized by Dean’s Office; 4) Teamwork with secretary and other departments; 5) Other admin tasks assigned by Dept. Head; Job Requirements: 1) Bachelor/Master degree in English or Business Administration preferred; 2) 1-2 years working experience in secretary or admin assistant; 3) Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese; 4) Good skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; 5) Detail oriented with strong teamwork spirit; 6) Responsible and capable to work independently; 7) Good multi-tasking ability and ability to work under pressure.
