Responsibilities: ? Work as HR business partner support business strategy implementation across the organization ? Partner with business team to provide all round support recruitment for all level positions including new hiring and replacement. Network within the community and industry to develop candidate pipeline ? Support organization development and people resource deployment optimization ? Talent Development: Partner with business team to execute performance management process. Drive talent planning process including succession plans, development plans and potential career paths for key positions and high potential employees ? Advocate company HR policies, systems and toolkits to provide efficient HR supports to business functions ? Performance Management: Provides advice and counsel to stakeholders and staff on all performance related issues, including identifying key talent, organizational planning, recognition and rewards, performance improvement, misconduct and terminations. ? Collect business needs and provide HR solutions in collaborating with other HR function teams ? Handle employee relation related issues and minimize labor disputes in the organization; ? Drive company culture and set high level of ethical standard based on company core values ? Lead HR projects as needed with business development ? Other ad hoc task assigned by line manager
Requirements: ? More than 5 years of HRBP related experience, manufacturing background preferred ? Bachelor Degree and above ? Strong influencing skills to work effectively across the organization ? Excellent analytical skill as well as problem solving ability ? Solid knowledge of China labor law ? Demonstrate effective communication skills and ability to work well with others ? Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint ? Fluent spoken and written in English
