Support the company and its affiliates, to provide professional total HR solutions on talent acquisition, development and retention, PBM culture advancing, ER problem solving, to provide strong HR partnership with business.
Duties& Responsibilities
61 Be proactive partner to steward and advance PBM culture, especially “role of supervisor” development.
61 Engage with business team of Auto Gig China to understand the technologies, markets, strategies, key profit drivers, sources of competitive advantages, supply chain processes to focus on supporting sales team to create more value.
61 Creates programs that support and foster a working environment that adapts to changes and promotes high performance through team and individual employee involvement.
61 Provide HR solution to business supervisors regarding job related problems, policies, procedures, disciplinary actions, employee communication, etc.
61 Respond to employee inquiries and advise business supervisors of appropriate solutions of employee relation issues, handle investigation for employee relation issues independently.
61 Develop collaborative relationships with the other members of the HR Solutions, TA and HR Leveraged Capability, communicating as necessary on related matters.
61 Initiate communication channels with employees and supervisors to promote the understanding of programs, principles and objectives along with developing positive employee morale.
61 Conduct talent management and provide HR professional insights for key talent’s Individual Development Plan solutions on talent assessment and development plan.
61 Participate and support HR projects as needed.
Required
61 At least 5 years experiences in Human Resource with at least 3 years in MNC, preferable in Business HR function.
61 Experience interacting with all levels of management/staff and across organizational lines.
61 Strong English skill in oral and written.
61 Good communication, interpersonal skills and influence skills.
Preferred
61 Experience implementing diverse and high impact HR initiatives to support organizational objectives.
61 Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, based on feedback, stakeholder engagement, trend analysis, etc.
