Responsibilities: - Expansion of sales team - Development of performance metrics for sales team - Monitoring of sales KPI - Conducting sales talks with our distribution partners (DP) - Accompanying our DPs to their customers - Planning and implementation of sales training courses - Coordination of technical trainings with relevant departments for sales team and DPs - Participating in trade fairs and local events - Developing suitable marketing measures to increase brand awareness in the respective market - Developing offers and sales promotion - Developing orders, achieving margins and sales - Annual sales and budget planning for the responsible market and monitoring their success - Creating and maintaining price lists for our DPs
Requirements: -Several years of experience in sales management -Experience in personnel management -Good verbal and written English communication skills -Very good knowledge of market and culture -Experience in the automotive aftermarket or spare parts trade
