61 Provides support to RCO leadership team through the application and development of organizational and/or administrative systems to achieve efficient office management 61 RCO Leadership Team - Total diary management including but not limited to, appointment and task management, travel, full meeting co-ordination 61 Processing and management of Directors’ expenses 61 Manage all aspects of international and domestic travel arrangements including but not limited to booking flights, transfers, accommodation, visa’s (as required), confirmation of agendas and full details associated with travel for hub unit management team 61 Leads and co-ordinates RCO leadership team meetings, inclusive agenda setting and action follow up/management 61 Acts as a project lead & coordinator for RCO leadership team projects identified by hub unit management team in support hub strategy 61 Leads logistics, co-ordination in employee induction, upload announcements on global GCO SharePoint site 61 Leads & manages onboard and exit requirements for employee equipment (e.g. laptops, phones etc.) 61 Coordinate RCO meetings (logistics, venue) & monthly study team meetings 61 General office administration (stationery, mailings, email distribution lists, printing) 要求: administration supporting at executive level; leading & managing projects; leading & managing internal and external event activities.
