工作职责:
Purpose of the Position
The PMO Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of key corporate projects/strategic initiatives within Shiseido Group.
He/she is expected to drive key transformational projects to achieve business impact, accelerate strategic transformation and enhance cross functional integration and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, he/she will work closely with management team to develop, support and manage key initiatives across the organization to achieve Shiseido China priorities:

1. Collaborate with leadership team and stakeholders to lead key transformation projects across brands and corporate functions, ensuring alignment with company’s strategic goals
2. Provide active process management and value-added analysis on initiatives that require new corporate governance or new process development
3. Lead and manage project design, plans, timelines, monitor project progress, and risk management to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards
4. Act as liaison across the organization to build alignment across departments to ensure smooth implementation of projects
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the PMO’s processes, tools, and methodologies, and share best practices with other teams within the organization

87 Strong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, governance design and risk management
87 Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable project plans
87 Strong sense of ownership and accountability
87 Team players with strong communication ability to effectively interact with all levels of management and stakeholders
87 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced changing environment
87 Knowledge of the cosmetics or beauty industry is preferred

Qualification, Education, Experiences etc
1. Relevant experience in leading consulting firms or beauty/FMCG/Retail industries in transformation/digital practice
2. 6-8+ years of working experience
3. Bachelor’s degree preferably in economics, management or finance
4. Proficiency in written & oral English, Japanese language skills as plus
