RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a Training Manager to oversee the training management for the ICP&Chloe brand, reporting directly to the Training Director. This is a broad, challenging, and growth-oriented professional stage: You will manage training for high-end salon fragrances, encompassing sales training across multiple channels such as department stores, FSS (Free Standing Stores), and online platforms. You will lead and guide a national team of regional trainers, maintain close communication with multiple teams including Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing (TMKT), Visual Merchandising (VM), and collaborate globally, enhancing your international perspective and cross-border cooperation skills.
85 Training Strategy and Plan Development: Developing training strategies and plans based on brand strategy, new product launch rhythms, TMKT plans, and actual business status, while managing the training budget. 85 Training Materials Design: Designing courses on brand knowledge, product information, sales skills, and service competencies by integrating global resources and marketing plans, in line with the training strategy. 85 Trainings and Projects Execution Planning, executing, and following up on various training projects to ensure excellent execution. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, TKMT, VM, and other departments to facilitate related training task. 85 Business Management from Training Perspective: Proactively and promptly analyzing business data to identify opportunities from a training perspective, formulate, and execute corresponding training actions to contribute to business achievements.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT 85 8-10 years of experience in training management for mid-to-high-end fragrance brands in international company, with expertise in developing training plans, creating courses, and managing small teams. 85 Strong retail training mindset and business result oriented. 85 Diligent and responsible work ethic, positive and optimistic attitude, strong stress resilience, high cooperative spirit, and a continuous willingness to learn and develop. 85 Excellent English reading and writing skills.
