Essential Responsibilities: Ensure strict compliance with organization policies & procedures (Fin, HR & Admin) through oversight, planning and coordination of the office operation. Perform and ensure the accounting treatment (AR/AP/GL) and all entries accurately during month-end closing. Responsible for monthly financial management report, RCP, QBR, annual budget and other analysis reports requested by HQ. Ensure effective controls performed in business for finance compliance Responsible for labor contract, payroll, HR compliance, facility compliance and related local authority relationship. Coordinate with outside legal service for business contract and business risks control. Minimum Qualifications: A recognized university degree and at least 5 years of working experience in Accounting or Finance or equivalent Familiar with financial analysis, budgeting and business planning Sense of ownership: earnest, reliable, efficient, mature, independent, responsible and a strong team player. Strong analytical and organization skills with attention to details Able to prioritize numerous tasks and work under pressure and within deadlines.
