61 Routine payroll control process includes commission computation/review, report consolidation to deliver accurate and timely payroll in Mainland region 61 Sales data analysis of commission, tracking on the internal variance and external practice, keep sensitive and solution give when it has anomalies in data 61 Assist for C&B projects include budgeting, annual salary review, job matching, commission review etc. 61 Design, implement and evaluate C&B policies, optimize the practice to matching internal business needs 61 Daily communication with vendors to ensure the service performance provided as well 61 Maintain and monitor the HR systems, Workday & local HRIS system. Ensure the master data’s accuracy 61 Annual benefits programs supporting (i.e.: medical examination/supplementary medical review etc.) 61 Deeply implement C&B policies & procedures and ensure adherence to local regulations 61 Co-work with other departments for data/report delivery 61 Any other ad hoc assignment by line manager or department head REQUIREMENTS 61 Bachelor degree or above 61 Minimum 5 years payroll experience for at least 600 HC, both at technical and practical level in diverse business and work process 61 Good in Microsoft office skills, including PowerPoint and Excel 61 Be familiar with labor law execution in Mainland/HK/TW region 61 Passion to perform and willing to take initiative and responsibilities 61 Strong sense of responsibility, detailed minded, well organized, multi-tasking 61 Good team player 61 Fluent English 61 Workday experience is nice to have
