Responsibilities: · Compensation and Benefits/薪酬福利模块 1. Lead C&B related policies and process design optimization according to company's strategy.根据公司业务发展策略,建立健全公司薪酬福利相关制度; 2. Design various compensation plans to support the needs of each department.设计公司各类薪酬方案以支持公司和业务单元的需求; 3. Regularly review and optimize company's salary structure, make it externally competitive and internally fair enough to motivate and retain talents.定期回顾并优化公司薪资架构以具对外有竞争性,对内有公平性并实现激励和保留人才; 4. To execute daily C&B operation including attendance check, monthly payroll cycle running, data maintenance, ensure accuracy and timelines.负责每月考勤核对、薪酬福利核算工作,确保准确性和及时性; 5. Responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual C&B budget and final account.负责月度/季度/年度薪酬福利预结算工作; 6. Obtaining qualified opinions about market C&B related information by working closely with outside HR Agencies.和人力资源公司保持紧密沟通,及时获取市场薪酬福利相关信息; 7. To comply with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation.实时掌握最新劳动相关法律法规; 8. Be a business partner, fully understanding business requirement and advising management on needed actions.深入了解业务部门相关问题,提供解决方案; 9. Complete to provide monthly/quarterly/annual HR reports as required.按时按要求完成月度/季度/年度相关人力资源报表; 10. Other assignments and coordination upon request by line manager.完成上级领导安排的其他工作。 · Performance Management/绩效管理模块 1. Lead Performance Management related policies and process design or optimization according to company's strategy.根据公司业务发展策略,建立健全公司绩效管理相关制度; 2. Organize and implement the annual performance assessment projects for various departments , follow-up the process, closely works with function teams to ensure successful implementation.组织和推动各部门年度绩效考核目标设立,方案的跟进; 3. Lead semi-annual or annual performance review work, ensure performance assessment work on time.半年或年度绩效回顾工作的实施,按时开展绩效考核工作; 4. Summarize issues by auditing the performance bonus calculation results of each project, to enhance the performance assessment efficiency through evaluation and analytics.审核各项目绩效奖金计算结果并对结果反映的问题进行反馈总结,通过考核及分析以提升各项目绩效考核效能; 5. Coordinate to lead company’s performance assessment standards optimization project in accordance with company strategy and business development.协调组织完成公司绩效评价标准的调整,使其更符合业务发展的不同阶段的要求; 6. Keep collecting, analyzing and updating company's internal and external related information, put forward reasonable suggestions for the maintenance of performance assessment system, continuously improve the methods of performance assessment.持续收集并分析整理公司内部及外部相关信息,对绩效体系维护提出合理化建议,不断完善绩效考核方式方法; 7. Organize and implement performance evaluation interviews.组织实施绩效评价面谈; 8. Other assignments and coordination upon request by line manager.上级领导安排的其他工作。 · Employee Relations/员工关系模块 1. Real-time tracing and be a professional on the latest labor laws and regulations related policies, be responsible for the construction and improvement of employee relations/labor relations related policy and regulation.关注并掌握最新的劳动法律法规相关政策,负责员工关系/劳动关系相关制度与流程的建设与改进; 2. Properly deal with labor disputes, employee disputes, disputes, etc.妥善处理劳动争议、员工争议、纠纷等; 3. Other assignments and coordination upon request by line manager.上级领导交代的其他任务。 Qualifications: · Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, Major in human resource management, business management, financial management and other related majors is preferred.教育背景:本科及以上,人力资源管理、企业管理、财务管理等相关专业毕业; · Work experience: More than 8 years of relevant work experience, strong skill of C&B, performance assessment, employee relations and other HR modules;工作经验:8年以上相关工作经历,擅长薪资福利、绩效、员工关系等模块工作; · Ability requirements/能力要求: 1. Result-oriented, with strong logical thinking ability, good at data analysis以结果为导向,具备较强的逻辑思维能力,善于进行数据分析; 2. Strong self-driving ability and learning ability具有较强的自我驱动能力和学习能力; 3. Teamwork spirit with the ability of organization and coordination.具有组织和协调能力及团队合作精神。 · Professional skills专项技能: 1. Proficient in using office software, proficient in operating excel formulas. 熟练使用office办公软件,熟练操作excel公式; 2. Familiar with national and local labor laws and regulations.熟悉国家和地方相关人力资源相关法律、法规; 3.
