61 Report to China HR Manager. 61 Involve actively in recruitment activities of preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements and managing hiring process for commercial teams. 61 Responsible for payroll and make sure that collaborators are paid correctly and on-time. 61 Manage pensions, benefits and individual income tax administration. 61 Provide advice to line managers and collaborators on labor law, tax regulations and Company’s policies and procedures. 61 Negotiate salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with candidates or representatives. 61 Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. 61 Support in other general HR activities. 职位要求: 61 Minimum Bachelor Degree in HR, Legal, Statistics or equivalent. 61 Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a multi-national company. 61 Strong analytical and numerical skills. 61 Good communication and interpersonal skills. 61 Detail-oriented and well-organized with hands-on approach. 61 Familiar with China labor law and tax regulations. 61 Good knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 61 Fluent in oral & written English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
