In your future role as “Customer Service Representative” you will 61 Receive and enter orders in SAP and follow standard procedure for order execution. 61 Perform order processing checks (automated through workflow) and escalate to relevant functions to resolve issues (e.g. credit block, missing price). 61 Provide order confirmation to customer. 61 Create delivery from sales order (largely automated). 61 Follow up on any order changes and coordinate internally and with the customer. 61 Ensure correct execution of sample orders. 61 Respond to customers on order status inquiries through coordination with logistics hub. 61 Receive customer complaints, enter complaints in CRM and assign appropriate investigator. 61 Create, send, archive invoices and associated documentation to customer (automated). 61 Perform month-end closure checks to ensure all orders are invoiced. 61 Resolve any OTC related complaints in coordination with other functions. 61 Issue credit/debit notes when necessary. 61 Coordinate customer requests, provide routine/OTC related documents to customers (e.g. CoA, MSDS). 61 Ensure correct execution of return orders. 61 Provide master data input to the MDM team (customer master data). 61 Junior college or higher. 61 Candidates with an MBA are desirable. 61 A minimum of 1 year of experience. 61 Reasonable English reading, writing, and speaking ability.
