岗位职责: Main Tasks:- - Act as Sales Order owner to perform OTC daily transactions to achieve satisfied customer service - Coordinate with cross-functions including supply chain and sales to provide service upon business requirement and implement business rule in customer order management - Perform customer master data management, support credit management on billing and accounts receivable management, non-conformance management, and coordinate from sale order to delivery to meet customer satisfaction via performing delivery reliability commitment - Maintain SAP in BASF as management tool and ensure correct data input - Provide best possible service to customers and promote the establishment of long-term customer relationship to ensure a sound profitable future customers base - Collect, document and consolidate customers’ problems complaints according to defined procedures / system, coordinate with relevant personnel such as sales, logistics, warehouse, finance and production etc to solve problems and to ensure all necessary corrective & preventive actions are taken in accordance with serving standards. Update and alert Department Manager any unmet customer need timely. - Ensure that all operations (also at customer premises) are carried out in accordance with internal quality systems (TS16949), BASF and local government SHE regulations. Report any areas of concern immediately to Department Manager & EHS Manager. - Conduct OtC activities and support Sales on customer interactive activities.
任职要求: Main Requirements:-
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, Commercial or Chemistry-related subject or equivalent - At least 3 years of experience in customer service, international trade or logistics, with basic knowledge of logistics procedures, good understanding of commercial and international trade knowledge. - Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Good computer operation skills.
