PURPOSE:
84 Work as HR business partner for China System House manufacturing sites (Minhang, Tianjin and Tolling) to realize business objectives and strategies via employee engagement improvement and high-performance culture build-up.
84 Work as HR Coordinator for PU China Operations and supply chain team, Support HRBP, PU China Operations and Supply Chain and line managers on all HR matters when needed
84 Provide full support in relation to recruitment, employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, benefits administration, employee development, training to business by working closely with COE and Shared Service Team.
84 Works as PU China HR Representative to participate in country projects. The job holder will contribute to any country policy review, revision, and alignment.
84 Works as HPU & HPUTJ legal entity’s HR Representative to join any internal & external audit, government supporting (i.e. district talent projects; voting, etc.), HR related reports.
84 Support on a continuous HR change and improvement agenda to drive organization development by conducting research and analysis.
84 Other ad-hoc projects as assigned by line manager and business
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
HR BP for China System House
84 Support Business Leaders of China System House to build high performance culture, and achieve business goals in alignment with Company strategy and key priorities
84 Design and organize programs / activities to build learning organization, such as cross-site sharing, workshop, competition, seminar, reading club, etc.; work closely with COE Learning & Development to continuously develop people capabilities in line with business strategy.
84 Support Competency Assurance Program and continuously optimize Career Ladder of Operations function to ensure people capabilities and production safety.
84 A member of China System House management team
HR related service
84 Constantly review and benchmark the current policies and practices against the best practices of similar company in order to maintain a competitive market position of China System House.
84 Identify bench strength requirements and facilitate and internal movement to support retention, career development
84 Lead and facilitate Talent Bank and Succession Review process for China System House and work with business leaders to ensure execution of the developmental action and succession plans.
84 Enable people managers to enhance their leadership ability, such as motivation and empowerment their team; coach them to manage performance development tools and how to deal with performance issues.
84 Provide direction to employees in the resolution of problems, related to compensation & benefits, employee conflicts, code of conduct violations, termination, disciplinary actions & etc.
84 Work with HR COE team to provide recruiting and staffing support, by working with the line managers to coordinate staffing opportunities for China System House.
84 Administer local salary performance review procedure, merit increase program, variable bonus communication and implementation.
84 Develop & monitor the annual personnel budget of China System House.
84 Work closely with HR Shared service team to ensure workday/HRIS data accuracy.
As PU China HR Representative
84 Monitor the national and local Labor legislation and statutory requirements as well as the social security provisions to make sure company processes / policies compliance and legitimate.
84 work closely and facilitate discussion with COE C&B to optimize or harmonize PU China Sites policies and practices.
84 Contribute and facilitate PU China Connect program, incl but not limited to design on CONNECT culture promotion; lead and arrange CONNECT Day, CONNECT Workshop, CONNECT Café and Pulse check survey in China.
As HPU& HPUTJ legal entity’s HR Representative
84 Provide human resource generalist services, including compliance with regulatory including EHS, Compliance and Company policies.
84 Build and maintain standard process to make sure HR related policies and procedures can support the company and associates normal operation.
84 Participate HPU& HPUTJ internal & external audit to provide HR related information.
84 Organize activities to meet government requests, such as voting, etc.
84 Prepare and provide HR related reports, such as Board Meeting Report, Attrition report, etc.
Knowledge / Experience / Skills Needed
84 Job holder requires a university degree, preferably in HRM or Business Management
84 A minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience and having HR business partnering in the chemical industry manufacturing function is an advantage.
84 Good knowledge of HR function including social legislation, compensation & benefits, tax, pensions, talent development, performance management, change management are preferred in this role.
84 Good facilitation skill and coordinating ability to organize all kinds of people activities.
84 Able to work independent with low supervision.
84 Strong influencing skills to work effectively across different levels of the function.
84 Strong data analysis skills and a good command of project management to deliver business.
84 Passionate about HR business partnering job and is willing to learn.
84 Ability to drive change.
84 Knowledge: Familiar with ISO9001 standard and technical specification for ISO/ IATF16949.
