Participate in the planning and implementation of talent development work, and the establishment and optimization of the talent pipeline.
主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities 1. 负责招聘计划并实施招聘,包括:了解招聘需求,确定招聘途径、流程和来源,开发合适的招聘工具和人员甄别工具,组织实施面试,确保在合适的时间招聘到合适的人员,从质量、数量和时间上满足部门的用人需求。Be responsible for employee recruitment plan independently, including: the demand, process, source; develop the proper assess tools and recruiting channels. Organize interviews to be sure find the right person in time to meet the dept requirement in quality, time and quantity. To analyzing recruitment effect timely and make continuously improvement of channel, process and assess tools. 2. 基于培训学习需求分析,设计和开发培训学习项目、制作培训教材及工具。 Analysis and design training program, basing on training needs. Design special course and training tools. 3. 负责课程体系的建立与优化,推动各岗位知识体系的梳理和学习路径的搭建。 Responsible for the establishment and optimization of the curriculum system. Build the knowledge system and learning path. 4. 负责新学习技术及工具的研究及应用,负责在线学习、在线评估等培训技术的应用,提升人才培养的效率。 Responsible for the research and application of new learning technology and tools. Responsible for the application of training technology such as micro course, online assessment, in order to improve the efficiency of personnel training. 5. 负责重点群体的培养体系落地及优化,有效提升员工能力,促进组织能力的提升。 Responsible for the act and optimization of the key groups training system (JMDP, MDP, LDP1, etc.), and effectively improving employee's ability and organizational capability. 7. 负责相关工作涉及体系流程的持续改进。 Responsible for the continuous improvement of the training and development system process.
学历&经验Education & Experience: 1. 大学本科或同等学历,理工类或人力资源管理专业优先。 Bachelor degree or equivalent, major in HR, Engineering or other related. 2. 三年及以上企业招聘培训或员工发展工作经验。 Above 3 years in recruiting and training or employee development work experience. 3. 汽车行业经验优先考虑。 Experience in the automotive industry is preferred. 技能Skills: 1. 具有独立的人才招聘经验;Possesses independent talent recruitment experience. 2. 熟悉招聘渠道,对人才测评工具有一定的认知和理解Familiar with recruitment channels and has a certain understanding of talent assessment tools. 3. 具有独立的人才培养项目策划、实施经验;Has independent experience in planning and implementing talent development projects. 4. 熟悉人才发展的理论和工具,对人才测评工具有一定的认知和理解Familiar with talent development theories and tools, and has a certain understanding of talent assessment tools. 5. 优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力Excellent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing. 6. 优秀的中文书面及口头表达能力;Excellent Chinese in written and spoken. 7. 熟练操作电脑,熟悉办公化的相关软件,如:WORD/EXCEL/POWERPOIN/PROJECT;Familiar with PC and Office software.
