Position Summary: * Calculateemployees’ compensation, update internal payroll databases and ensure timely payments. * Prepare and provide professional consultancy on mandatory insurance, tax query, medical insurance and supplementary pension scheme to ensure consistent internal C&B support in align with respective government regulation. Job Responsibilities: Payroll * Support line manager on payroll process improvement continuously. * Cooperate with site HR on monthly payroll implementation and personnel cost analysis. * Monitor the payroll interface database (SAP) monthly to ensure data and calculation accuracy. * Do monthly salary payout and tax declaration in accuracy to ensure on time and quality delivery in compliance with company policies and local regulations. * Ensure timely upload payslip to employees and updates payroll report to accounting department. * Support on internal and external audit for payroll, mandatory insurance and tax reporting. * Register/terminate mandatory insurance for new comers/resignation employees with regular payment in compliance with local regulations. * Establish and maintain good relationship with local authorities to ensure proper support and information obtained. * Support on payroll reporting project. * To maintain the secondment payroll and debit payment which are from outside vendors and HK in timely and accurate manner. * Support on equity award tax registration.Miscellaneous * Maintain available information on regular reporting for annual budget planning and internal C&B analysis. * Provide professional consultancy on payroll, insurance and tax query from employees. * Be responsible for all filing of payroll, mandatory insurance, medical insurance, agreement and related policy. * Cooperate with site HR on necessary data collection and consolidation. * Support daily C&B administration work. * Be responsible for daily issue of International Assignee.Required Qualifications/Experience: * College degree or above * At least 3 years payroll exercise on system in HR C&B function * Good knowledge of local labour laws and regulations * Fluent English and MS Office skills, especially good excel skills * Good data process and analysis abilities, master at EXCEL. * Familiar with national and local Labour law and regulation. * Hands-on experience with HRIS,SAPHRON & Platinum operations experience is preferred.
