工作职责: Job Description Main Tasks: 1.Understand overall business plan and operation, thence effectively support business based upon its own needs while together working with HR team. 2.Coach managers and employees on development, employee relations and reward issues 3.Provide advice on talent planning, performance management, leadership development, compensation planning and process optimization, and be responsible for the implementation of relevant plans 4.Oversee data collection and reporting to apply quantitative and qualitative data to HR process improvement and development. 5.Support HR team to establish and implement overall human resources infrastructure, processes, policies and procedures in compliance with corporate HR policies and local Labor Law requirements. 6.As the HR window customer of the designated business department, provided HR services in HR operation, employee relations, recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and welfare, and was responsible for the life cycle management of employees such as on-boarding, transfer, rotation, promotion and resignation 7.Act as a communication window for employees and provide timely answers to the company's HR policies, guidelines and processes. 8.Coordinate between business department and controlling department for Headcount and Operation Planning. Properly maintain HR data in given systems/tools and ensure data quality. 任职资格: Experience and Education: 1.Demonstrated HR Business Partner experience, preferably gained from a multinational work environment, both commercial and plant experience will be a plus 2.Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree and/or certification in HR preferred. 3.Good at dealing with employee relations, personnel motivation, has a wealth of successful experience in labor dispute mediation and arbitration. 4.Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives exercising sound judgment, solutions orientation and flexibility 5.Must demonstrate the ability to work cross functionally and across multiple geographies 6.Must have good influencing skills and strong analytical, presentation, verbal and written communications skills. 7.Computer literacy and be fluent in both English and Chinese listening, speaking and writing 8.Good team player, good communication skill. 9.Problem solving, hard working, self-motivated, able to work under pressure.
