Main Responsibilities: Support regional HR leaders in defining, developing and implementing of organization C&B strategy in the entire GC Lens region, in order to ensure optimized organization C&B structures and processes for all Lens entity/site/plant with EL Standard tools and methodologies. 85 In charge of the policy & program design and review for compensation and benefits. 85 Working together with HR Business Partners, sets up rewards and recognition programs and policies, provides advice to HR Business Partners in the compensation and benefit areas, such as offer proposal, incentive scheme plan etc. 85 Leads the process and provides guidelines for annual salary review, MBO, yearly budgeting related activities. 85 Any other duties / functions assigned from time to time by the management. Drive the regional HR reporting and people analytics function to further develop HR measures for Greater China Lens 85 Facilitate the budget, forecast planning and labor cost control process 85 Lead the process ownership and conceptual development of HR reporting and analytics. 85 Monitor and analyze actions delivered for all relevant HR metrics. 85 Ensure proper deployment of global guidelines for HR Reporting and Analytics including concepts, methods, and processes regarding functional HR reports. 85 Deliver regional KPIs for reporting e.g. headcount, cost analysis, FTE, attendance/absenteeism, employee turnover, and additional KPIs as required by Regional or HR COE Team. Key Requirements: 61 Fluent oral and excellent English writing skills 61 10+ years’ experience in Human Resources with a background in compensation and benefit programs, it is a must with manufacturing experience. 61 Experiences in post-merger compensation and benefit harmonization is preferable 61 Advanced knowledge of HR Reporting & Analytics concepts and Key Performance Indicator Development methodology. 61 Good communication skills and excellent excel skills.
