ROLE Reports to China HR Manager, provide a full spectrum support of C&B activities and employee lifecycle process management.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE 61 Monthly payroll process management including attendance verification, retail commission calculation and incentive simulation upon needs 61 Staff lifecycle process management including in & out, probation management and contract renewal, etc. 61 Monthly turnover dashboard calculation 61 Assist in global performance & compensation review programs 61 Support in other add-hoc projects
WHO YOU ARE 61 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred 61 Minimum of 2 years of experience as HR C&B Specialist in a sizable organization, from retail industry would be a plus 61 Careful, patient and detail-oriented 61 Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism 61 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 61 Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
