- Strategic HR advisor and partnership with business leaders to co-shape and deploy Operations operating plan to drive business growth
- Lead and manage the change to build a highly engaged E2E Operations organization across Plan, Make (4 sites), Source, Deliver, Quality, EPS, MST functions
- Navigate the E2E Operations organization in the aspects of culture reshape, organizational design and development, drive talent ecosystem management, capabilities uplifting, and career coaching with strategic HR consultation and digitized solutions and insights
- Develop and deploy the HR agenda aligned with HR and business strategy and ensure integration of HR priorities into business plans
- Identify critical business capability needs and partner with stakeholders to develop and execute appropriate plan to strengthen the organization
