What Will You Be Doing? 61 Operationalize regionally relevant strategies for Learning and Development 61 Leverage insights and identify regional opportunities for programming and curriculum in Learning and Development and support the delivery of these initiatives. 61 Support the delivery of digitally-led, experiential learning programs to support associates at all leader levels in their growth and development 61 Actively track timelines and deliverables for multiple projects laddering up to the overall learning & development roadmap 61 Manage learning communication and participant tracking records across all programs 61 Update presentations, slides and materials for content and curriculum 61 Regularly review, maintain and update learning libraries ensuring current content keeping the digital user-experience at the forefront 61 Track budget and point of contact relationships with vendors and consultants 61 Stay curious and research best practices in learning, growth and development to ensure our programs evolve in progressive ways 61 Stay current on evolving developmental needs and ways of working through internal listening and external benchmarking 61 Executes and facilitates key programs from Orientation to Manager-level development 61 Executes regional engagement strategy including events and key programs 61 Coordinates key experiential components of all L&D and engagement programs (i.e. venue selection, *** support, gifting, catering) 61 Team up with the Global Inclusion & Diversity team on developing programming to strengthen inclusion, diversity, and cultural competencies across the organization as the company continues to grow globally
What Do You Need To Bring? 61 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and Leadership Development (preferred) 61 Proven leadership experience and ability to thrive in team-based settings 61 Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate confidently with leaders at all levels 61 Successful track record in building and maintaining relationships 61 Engaging and optimistic personality with the ability to respond quickly and positively to change 61 Curiosity about how people learn and grow the best as well as the latest trends in digitally-led experiences 61 High standards and attention to detail 61 Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and deliverables 61 Passion for retail and the Abercrombie & Fitch Co. family of brands
