*Job Overview/ Purpose of the Role This role is responsible for Leading CTOH sales team members to achieve sales goals, targets & revenue. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
*Key Responsibilities 61 Primary responsibility is to develop and expand sales, channels, to expand market penetration, brand awareness and achieve the sales budgets 61 Develop and implement effective sales strategies & cascade it down to the team members 61 Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts 61 Negotiate and close agreements with large customers 61 Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements 61 Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts 61 Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities 61 Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs 61 Stay up-to-date with new product launches 61 Motivate and guide sales team to achieve revenue targets. 61 Maintain sales management and reporting tools to achieve business objectives 61 Develop creative sales technique and tactics to meet business goals. 61 Possess detailed knowledge of products offered 61 Participate in sales conferences, industry meetings, and social networks to represent company’s brand. 61 Other relative tasks as assigned.
