This role involves overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle in TOLL China, including client management, requisition creation, candidate sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and onboarding. The position requires close collaboration with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand staffing requirements and develop hiring strategies that align with organizational objectives.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
61Effectively work with VP Talent Acquisition Asia and Country HR Manager to understand and align talent strategies, business requirements, and develop talent execution for recruitment as well as lead TA related programs including but not limited to TA process optimization, recruitment channel optimization etc. 61Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles. 61Design and implement sourcing strategies to efficiently attract top talent. 61Identify and leverage effective sourcing channels to meet business hiring needs. 61Build and maintain talent pipelines through diverse platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events. 61Proactively search and screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates for hiring managers. 61Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' competencies, skills, experience, cultural alignment, and motivational fitness. 61Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers and candidates. 61Recommend candidates using scientific evaluation methods and assessment tools. 61Partner with HRBP and C&B teams to propose competitive, market-aligned offers following HR policies and procedures. 61Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, regardless of the outcome. 61Provide regular recruitment updates and detailed tracking reports to stakeholders. 61Maintain accurate and timely records in the Workday recruiting platform. 61Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience to foster talent engagement and a sense of belonging. 61Ensure hiring processes and documentation comply with internal policies and employment regulations. 61Actively promote the company’s employer brand via social media and other relevant platforms.
Requirements & Qualifications
61University degree with preference in HR management. Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin. 615+ years of full cycle recruiting experience and overall 8+ years of HR related experience; recruiting experience in MNCs and a shared services environment will be preferred and open to all industry experience. 61Prior experience of successfully recruiting in supply chain, freight forwarding and logistics industry is a plus. 61Experience of working on white collar operations roles as well as frontline blue-collar in a fast-paced environment. 61Experience of managing stakeholder relationships in matrix organization, with strong influencing and persuasion skills. 61Strong learning agility, understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods. 61Positive and can-do attitude and a passion for people and talent acquisition 61Having knowledge of local labor laws and market hiring practices. 61Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 61Ability to handle ambiguity and resilience will be valuable.
