岗位职责: 1、 Manage all the internal and or external recruitment channels, such as recruitment websites, internal referral, campus recruitment, social media, recruitment suppliers and so on to find suitable candidates and fill open positions 管理所有内部或外部招聘渠道,如招聘网站、内部推荐、校园招聘、社交媒体、招聘供应商等,以寻找合适的候选人并填补空缺职位 2、 Lead full-cycle recruitment from JD formulation, job posting, screening, interviewing, evaluation, reference check, offering to on-boarding, follow up and feedback loop from department to increase efficiency进行从 JD 制定、职位发布、筛选、面试、评估、背景调查、录用到入职到跟进部门反馈的全周期招聘工作,以提高效率 3、 Arrange new employees to sign onboarding materials and conduct *** day orientation安排新员工签订入职材料并进行入职指导 4、 Organize and supervise administrative tasks related to recruitment, ensuring that all the relevant information is collected and all the documents for new employees are properly filed组织和监督与招聘有关的行政工作,确保收集所有相关信息,并妥善归档新员工的所有文件 5、 Seek ways to expand recruitment channels and improve recruitment efficiency拓展招聘渠道,提高招聘效率 6、 Provide regular recruitment status reports and communicate the progress with departments定期提供招聘情况报告,并与各部门沟通进展情况 7、 Develop recruitment database & talent pool and collect market intelligence开发招聘数据库和人才库,收集市场情报 8、 Assist in the draft and improvement of the company's HR related regulations and process, submitting to a higher authority for approval and implementation协助公司人力资源相关制度与流程的起草、改进、报批与实施推进 9、 Deal with employee performance and disciplinary issues, terminations, layoffs as well as labor disputes 处理员工绩效和纪律问题、解除劳动关系、裁员以及劳动争议等事宜 10、Assist in performance review and performance improvement policy and process optimizing and implementation 协助绩效评估和绩效改进政策与流程的优化和执行 11、 In charge of the employment lifecycle management such as probation evaluation, contract renew, organization restructuring, personnel changes and exit process. 负责试用期评估、合同续签、组织结构调整、人事变动、离职流程等雇佣生命周期管理 12、Assist in the development of employee engagement & retention programs to enhance organization effectiveness and promote corporate culture 协助开展员工敬业度及保留项目以提高组织效率和促进企业文化 13、Responsible for turnover reports and other regular reports to departments 负责人员流动率报告及其他部门定期报告 14、Maintain and support 6S principles and initiatives 支持及推动6S的推行 15、Other work assigned by superior and company 上级领导及公司分派的其他工作
任职要求: 1、 Bachelor degree or above本科及以上学历 2、 Above 3 years of HR experience in multinational companies. 3年以上跨国公司人力资源领域工作经验 3、 Familiar with local labor law, regulations, plolicies and procedures in different cities around China 熟悉全国各地的劳动法律法规、政策及办事流程 4、 Proficient interviewing and selection skills and techniques熟练掌握面试和甄选技能与技巧 5、 Independent and self-motivated, ability to drive process and achieve recruitment targets独立、自我激励,有能力推动工作进程并实现招聘目标 6、 Experienced in Employee Relationship, Performance Management and Employment Lifecycle Management 具备员工关系、绩效管理与雇佣生命周期管理领域丰富的实战经验 7、 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, good at Excel and PPT熟练使用办公软件,擅长Excel和PPT 8、 Good English verbal and written communication skills良好的英语口语和书面语表达能力 9、 Quick learner, proactive, hard-working, honest, reliable, organized and detail oriented 能够快速学习、积极主动、勤奋刻苦、诚实可靠、条理清晰并注重细节 10、Team work spirit, good communication and coordination skills, can multi-task and work under pressure良好的团队合作能力,良好的沟通及协调能力,具备多任务处理和抗压能力 11、 Good mental and physical health conditions身心健康
