岗位职责: 1、Be responsible for entire recruiting process. Familiar with new hire requisition, creating and maintaining job descriptions, post open positions using various resources, prescreening and submitting most qualified applicants, schedule in person interview and new hire on board procedure. 负责整个招聘过程,熟悉新员工申请,建立和维护职位描述,利用各种资源发布空缺职位,预筛选和提交最合格的申请者,安排面谈和新员工入职程序
2、Be responsible for New Hire Training, including basic outlook training 负责新员工的培训,包括基本的outlook培训
3、Be responsible for all employees’ record file management 负责所有员工的档案管理
4、Provide back up support for writing and translating company policies and announcements 为公司政策和公告的撰写和翻译提供支持
5、In charge of employee agreements (contracts) conclude, renew and terminate 负责员工协议(合同)的签订、续签和终止
6、Provide back up support for employee relationship management 为员工关系管理提供支持
7、Insist on HR policy & system maintenance and enhancement 坚持人力资源政策和制度的维护和完善
8、Annual performance management; Emphasize employee motivation and reward and punishment 年度绩效管理,强调员工激励和奖惩
9、Yearly employee’s extra insurance management; Focus on improving the pay and benefits system 年度职工额外保险管理并着力完善薪酬福利制度
10、Assist the director to improve and perfect team building 协助总监改进和完善团队建设
11、Travel management ---hotel and ticket reservation --Insurance and Visa processing including all the documents preparation. 差旅管理 ---酒店及机票的预订 ---保险和签证处理,包括所有文件的准备
12、Responsible for attendance management 负责公司考勤管理
13、Responsible for coordinating with Group IT and local IT management 负责与集团IT的对接以及本地IT管理
14、Responsible for the management and maintenance of various company documents, certificates, and insurance 负责公司各类证件、证书及保险的管理与维护
15、Assist in managing production safety 协助进行生产安全的管理
16、Additional tasks assigned by director 其他总监交办的事项
任职要求: 1、College above, at least five year’s related working experience; Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build report with a variety of individuals. 本科以上学历, 五年以上工作经验,专业、正面的形象,亲和的行为举止
2、Good time management skills – ability to manage multiple priorities and complete work within given time deadlines. 优秀的时间管理能力 – 有能力在多任务情况下及时完成相关任务
3、Ability to work under pressure on several high priority openings with high energy. 能承担一定程度的工作压力,能高效率顺利完成同时出现的重要工作任务
4、Familiar with labor laws and rules, have experience of dealing with labor dispute. 对劳动法及人事相关法律法规有一定认识,熟练各大人事门户网站
5、Strong logical capability and data analysis capability. 有较强逻辑分析能力
6、Good MS Office skill: Outlook, Excel, Word. 熟练操作办公软件,特别是 Word, Excel和Outlook
7、Strong communication skills: Verbal, Written, and Presentation. 优秀的口头、书面及陈述能力
8、Good English Skill: Writing, Reading. 熟练的英语听写阅读能力
