Monitor and manage costs to improve the hotel's profitability. Collaborate with various departments to optimize cost structures. Monitor revenue trends to provide suggestions to maximize revenue. Manage revenue audit processes to ensure accuracy of revenue posting. Identify and assess financial risks and develop corresponding risk mitigation measures. Manage credit and collection processes to reduce the risk of bad debts. Ensure the hotel complies with all tax regulations and financial compliance requirements and be able to optimize tax strategies. Manage and oversee the hotel's fixed and current assets. Ensure the effective utilization and maintenance of assets. Lead and manage the finance team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. Establish and maintain an efficient team culture. Establish and maintain internal control systems to prevent fraud and errors. Regularly review and update internal control processes.
Job Requirements: -Major in Accounting, Finance, or related. -At least 3 years of financial management experience in the hotel industry, with preference for experience in international brand hotels. -Fluent in English and Chinese communication. -Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, cost control, and risk management. -Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to effectively communicate with team members and management at all levels. -Proficient in using financial software and office software.
