岗位职责: About LEGOLAND® Shanghai Resort LEGOLAND® Shanghai Resort is the ultimate LEGO® theme park and hotel destination for families with children aged 2-12. Located in Jinshan, covering approximately 31.8 hectares, the Resort has been invested by JUIG, KIRKBI, Merlin Entertainments and CMC Inc. Operated by Merlin Entertainments, LEGOLAND Shanghai Resort will comprise a LEGOLAND theme park and a themed hotel. LEGOLAND Shanghai Resort will integrate popular LEGOLAND attractions with Chinese traditional culture, Shanghai local features and Jiangnan water town elements, to provide a unique immersive theme park experience for visitors from all over the world.
Scope of Job: 61 Manage the design, set-up, and maintenance of E-learning platform. 61 Work with the relevant partners to fix the platform daily issues. 61 Provide the learning data analytics to drive the learning effectiveness. 61 Monitor the platform efficiency and identify the opportunities on the digital learning experience optimization for LLSHR. 61 Monitor the annual compliance trainings. 61 Support training logistic and other admin related works (like new supplier set-up, payment & contract etc.)
Main Responsibilities
1. Learning Platform 61 Identify functional needs based on the understanding of LLSHR learning process and work with IT department and 3rd party to ensure the needs could be met from system perspective. 61 Coordinate with internal L&D team members for course materials development, upload, and maintenance. 61 Work with 3rd party suppliers to set-up courses and content in the system. 61 Work closely with business departments for platform pilot and launching preparation, communication, adjustment, and follow-ups. 61 Design new function, tools and other solutions to address ad-hoc urgencies and needs. 61 Work with related team/people to maintain the platform effectively. 61 Support other initiatives and projects based on needs.
2. Training Delivery 61 Facilitate the new employee orientation training. 61 Monitor the annual mandatory/compliance training status.
3. Administrative Support 61 Support on external vendors management and payment related process. 61 Maintain L&D policies and follow-up if needed. 61 Support the training/workshop/event logistics. 任职要求: Requirements
61 Solid project management experience and familiar with e-learning platform management. 61 Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in training or learning and development function. 61 Ideally will have experience working in the resort or customer-orientated industries. 61 Positive, result-driven, and have strong communication capability to influence and win the support through collaboration. 61 Highly self-motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced working environment. 61 Someone who is interested in working for a fun, dynamic entertainment company.
