The Branch HR Manager is the HR business partner to Branch General Manager to implement HR programs in line with business goals and provide advice, consultation and operational support to the managers and employees.
- Implement HR policy, guideline, tools etc. in the branch 在分公司实施人力资源政策、指南、工具等
- Implement standard HR programs effectively 有效实施标准化的人力资源项目
- Plan branch workforce in advance and allocate resources 提前规划分公司的人力资源,并分配资源
- Manage daily HR Administration such as Staffing, training, payroll data, performance and development review, employee relations 管理日常人力资源行政工作,如招聘、培训、薪酬数据、绩效与发展评估以及员工关系。
- Advocate for safety and compliance culture build-up and provide active support 倡导安全与合规文化的建设,并提供积极支持

- Excellent communication skills 出色的沟通能力
- HR functional knowledge HR 人力资源专业知识
- Business or E&E experience would be a plus 具备电扶梯行业领域经验者优先 - Bachelor and above 本科及以上学历
