Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist Global Human Resources Manager in daily HR operations, specially on candidates sourcing, recruiting channel updated and interview arrangement with relevant hiring managers
2. Handle the whole recruitment process including candidates research, *** round telephone screening , hiring process, probation periods, and so on
3. Update the HR data and records, ensure all HR documents are kept updated and filed on monthly basis
4. Support on Global HR policies developing and HR community activities
5. organizing the team activities and other employee events
6. Support on the other HR tasks & projects as required
Qualifications: 1. College degree or above.
2. Minimum of 2 years relative HR recruiting & operation experience
3. Fluent English speaking and writing
4. Efficiently and patient to deal with complexity tasks
5. Excellent communication skills and good team player
6. Familiar with linked-in and countries in Europe for local laws, rules & regulations regarding employee social benefits & compensation
