Summary This is a short-term Contractor position of HR Specialist, provide the foundational HR operation service to the market of ANZ. He/she will report to Sr. HR Manager, HRSSC& HRBP, and dotted line to Senior Human Resources Manager of ANZ.
Role & Responsibilities 61 Employee life cycle management; 61 Employee absence & attendance management 61 Maintain employee master database in HR system (Workday); 61 Responsible for employee insurance and benefits enrollment, and familiar with local guideline and policies; 61 Facilitate on employee probation review process; 61 Administrate on employee p-file; 61 Support on local governance (if applicable) 61 Handle daily employee inquires; 61 Support on New Hire Orientation (if applicable); 61 Other HR projects assigned
Qualifications 61 Bachelor degree or above, at least 2 year working experience in HR function; 61 Good Communication in both Mandarin and English; 61 Basic knowledge of local labor laws and related statutory regulations; 61 Operational experience on Workday (Success Factor) is a plus; 61 Working experience in HR shared service is a plus; 61 Performance driven and able to work under pressure; 61 Strong sense of ownership and accountability, detail oriented, quick learner and team player; 61 Being people-oriented, customer focus, confident and self-motivated;
