About the role: The role is to provide the efficient execution of HR administration services in compliance with legal requirements and company policies, collaborating with service providers to enhance HR fundamental work as well as operational excellence in employee lifecycle routines, headcount track, data quality in HR system, HR reporting and related projects participation and facilitation.
Main Responsibility: Operational process & optimization - Pre-onboarding process - Onboarding process - Change of employment process - Separation process - Contract management process - Service to employee ( Hukou, Shanghai residence, employment certificate etc.) - Employee benefit support - Processes standardization and optimization - Intern management - Vacation and OT management - End of year communication documentation - Employment record archives filing
SAP HR DATA MANAGEMENT - Ensures timely and appropriate data input and maintenance on SAP HR for payroll components, type of contract, hiring information, employee master data and following variations until resignations and the general HR archive
HR report - Provides reports and analysis about employment and personnel - HR Dashboard support - Hiring and headcount track - System data quality check
Others - Employment compliance support - Project support; - Employee daily Q&A - Other tasks as assigned
