Job Responsibilities 1.Manage and execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including but not limited to posting job advertisements, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups. 2.Collaborate closely with internal departments to understand business needs and team culture, developing tailored talent acquisition strategies. 3.Source potential candidates through multiple channels (e.g., social media, job boards, headhunting services) and build a sustainable talent pipeline. 4.Engage with candidates via initial communication to address inquiries about roles, company culture, and career development opportunities. 5.Coordinate interviews to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. 6.Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates) to optimize processes and improve efficiency. 7.Track new hires’ onboarding progress, gather feedback, and refine recruitment strategies accordingly.
Qualifications 1.Must have 1-2 years in talent acquisition/sourcing for logistics companies. 2.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners. 3.Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, coupled with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities. 4.In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and familiarity with relevant labor regulations. 5.Analytical mindset to identify trends from data and propose actionable solutions. 6.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
