Position summary: This position will be a key role in HR Operations team to support the China HR Shared Services center setup to cover Employee Lifecycle, China HRConnect hotline, Mobility, CoE operations etc.. In this role, the incumbent is expected to integrate the standard processes and products from CoEs (e.g. Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, C&B) into HR SSC scope and optimize the processes to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Support manager to set up HR SSC by integrating CoE operations to HR SSC; 2. Work with CoE teams to make the transition plan and implement; 3. Identify and implement the process standardization and efficiency improvement opportunities in HR SSC; 4. Automate HR processes by leveraging various tools like Workday, Workflow or other available resources; 5. Provide routine L&D operations support including but not limited to training session administration, event organization, training records maintain etc. 6. Provide routine TA operations support including but not limited to offering, background check etc. 7. Provide routine C&B operations support including but not limited to benefits administration, Time and absence administration etc. 8. Other tasks assigned by manager.
Qualification: 1. Minimum 8 years HR experiences with at least 5 years in HR SSC function with extended scopes including L&D/TA/C&B operations 2. Familiar with HR core system – Workday, experience in using various other HR systems/tools like e-sign/e-chop, HR portal, case management, excel macro is a plus 3. Good oral and written communication skill in bilingual with different level of employees in routine support 4. Service minded, self-motivated, diligent and have principle while under conflict or complex situation.
