HR Business Partner provides professional guidance, consultation and support in the development and implementation of targeted human resources solutions to business units/defined areas. Identifies and develops strategic organizational effectiveness initiatives that enhance performance, productivity and employee satisfaction levels to ensure key business objectives are met through successful human resources (HR) strategy and practices
Responsibilities:
Performance Management 70 Review and co-ordinate the quarterly and annual review and assist in right tools use 70 Support PIP process and top grade for low performance 61 Training and talent development 70 New employee assimilation and probation management 70 Assist in talent review and appropriate career path and development programs 70 Assist in OD and develop, implementation and coordination of specific training and development activities to meet business needs and monitor progress in evaluation systems. 61 Recruiting 70 Assist job evaluation and interview candidate with 3rd part recruiting vendor 70 Offer review and reasonable salary range 61 Compensation 70 Support line manager and total rewards to make job evaluation; ensure all have right MRR and Grade. 70 Assist total rewards design and implementation 61 Employee Relations 70 Design and organize company’s engagement campaign, assist business on engagement survey training/analysis/improvement plan implementation 70 Assistant business department for employee relationship handling, staffing process management. 70 Lead on all compulsory redundancy processes, ensuring compliance with China labor law 61 Organizational Development 70 Provide advice, support and guidance to line managers (APAC Director to Supervisor Level) on effective HR management practices and counselling. 70 Assist line managers in the implementation of appropriate organizational development & change management measures; 70 Analysis of report and staff movement/turnover rate and productivity to make effective organization management & utilization to ensure business objectives are met.
Requirements: 61 Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline. 61 At least 10 years’ experience in sizable Manufacturing Business with solid experience in Business partner role. Understanding of cross-function HR practices and process. 61 Good project management skills, strong culture building capability and employee relationship building experience. 61 Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with leaders, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with different function team members of the organization. 61 Knowledge of China labor law and its practice in implementation 61 Highly motivated, able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment 61 Positive thinking, proactive and open-minded. 61 Strong business acumen and have a flexible and result driven approach on managing challenges and changes. 61 High level of maturity and integrity.
