Roles & Responsibility · Be Responsible for intern/employee pre-on boarding process including but not limit to candidate communication, internal process tracking, new hire survey and exit survey; · Implement the intern/staff engagement process and procedure (from entry to exit) to ensure the staff engagement is conducted in effective and consistent way and responsible for implementation. · Support the staffing activities and projects, including but not limit to on-board, exit, contract renew, probation, promotion, internal transfer and etc. under related HR policies and procedures; · Be responsible for HRIS (OA, SF) data accuracy and completeness; · P-file management: ensure all p-files in the filing room, ensure all p-files updated in time; · Participate in various HR projects and execute assigned project activities; · Vendor payment and cost tracking; · Others tasks assigned;
Job Requirement · Bachelor degree · At least 1-2 years working experience in Human Resources · English as working language · Agility and resilience. Can be open minded to changes and improvement opportunities. · Independent and with a strong sense of responsibility · Learning ability.
