This regional HR role will oversee HR operations and compensation and benefits (C&B), managing a team of two staff members. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient HR processes and optimize our C&B programs. Key Responsibilities: 61 HR Operations: Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regional policies. Implement best practices to enhance service delivery within the HR SSC. 61 Compensation and Benefits (C&B): Manage and optimize compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent. Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive salary structures and benefits offerings. 61 Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of two HR staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance and support to team members in their professional development. Qualifications: 61 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. 61 A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR operations and compensation and benefits management. 61 Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small team. 61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in Mandarin & English. 61 Regional HR experience preferred.
