职位描述: 1. 按照客户需要制作报价单,并跟进。 Make quotations according to customer’s requirement and follow up 2. 录入客户订单,安排生产并跟进发货,开具发票并催收货款。 Input customer’s orders, arrange production and follow up shipments, invoicing and collection of payment. 3. 和德国机珠海工厂进行信息沟通,确保订单状态时时更新 Communicate with the German and Zhuhai factory to ensure the order status is updated constantly 4. 根据需求,定期整理客户订单信息,了解客户情况及时反馈问题。 Organize and analyze customers’ order information timely and feedback on time. 5. 建立维护公司良好的服务形象和品质 Establish and maintain a good service image and quality for company 6. 与仓库,财务,销售等各部门衔接 Coordinate with warehouse, finance and sales departments 职位要求: 1. 大专以上学历。 Junior colleague or above. 2. 有熟练的书写及口头英语能力。 Excellent command of written and spoken English 3. 3-4 年以上物流/货运或机械制造行业客户服务或运营经验优先考虑 3-4 year Customer Services or Operations experience in logistics / freight forwarding or Machinery Manufacturing industry is preferred 4. 性格开朗,有良好的沟通和解决问题能力 Cheerful personality Good communication skills preferred. 5. 诚实敬业,团结,有责任心和上进心 。 honest and hardworking, team-work,responsible and self-motivated. 6. 细心, 耐心, 勤奋,有良好的服务意识,工作认真负责,积极主动 Detail-minded, patient and hardworking.
