EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: 61 University degree, at least 1+ years HR related experience 61 Must have experience and knowledge of HR management policies and work processes 61 Pragmatic problem-solving skills 61 Excellent verbal and written communication skills 61 Basic Project Management know-how 61 Solid commitment to stakeholders with “Can-do” attitude 61 Good command of English both in oral and in written 61 Proficiency in MS Office such as WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT and other computer skills etc. 61 Willing to learn with good attitude and skills 61 Demonstrated analytical and work process management capabilities
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 61 To support HR Director on the varieties HR activities to ensure HR daily operation smoothly 61 To look after all the procedure on people movement (in/on/out) to in line with the company policy and labor regulations 61 To monitor H/C to ensure within budget and complete related approval process if necessary 61 To be responsible for the monthly reports including H/C report, movement status, turnover rate and organizational chart. 61 To update information in HR system timely and ensure accuracy 61 Support other ad-hoc HR work and initiatives
