Roles and Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for P level recruitment, include all process, such as recruitment channel search, job adv. issue, CV collection, interview arrangement and discussion with line users… 2.Recruitment analysis report, include cost, channel efficiency… 3.Control headcount within forecast. 4.Keep and update employee personal file to ensure all necessary doc. are in the file. 5.Responsible for employee’s probation follow up. 6.Responsible for exit management. 7.Independently handle staffing report and company monthly report. 8.Promote and monitor organizational culture related programs, include activity, annual award, newsletter to continuously improve employee engagement. 9.Be involved in HR digitalization projects. 10.Participate in other HR related projects as assigned.
Knowledge required: 1. 2~4 years related working experience or above with high potential youngsters. 2. Agile, Creative thinking, Result driven, Excellent learning ability 3. Fluent English (Oral & Written) 4. Skilled at Microsoft Office 5. Organized, Proactive, Good team spirit, Excellent communication skill, Good sense on people.
