Implement HR policies and tools In Shenyang plant, and support the management level on HR aspect as a business partner role. 1.Be involve in annual HR budget and People review process, output the Staffing plan of the plant. 2.Being as business partner to implement the recruitment plan and manage the recruitment activities and push the Employer Branding development. 3.Assist Plant Manager and HRM , Together with all departments in building up the pipeline with potential/ talents and implement the succession plant for the future to guarantee sustainable business growth. 4.Plan, organize and management the training and competence development activities. Be responsible for the formulation of company training & development strategy, policies and procedures. Main responsibilities cover human resource planning, new employee orientation, employee management, technical training, Faurecia University, Learning Lab and employee career development, etc. 5.HC and LC control according to the business variation, HR reporting data analysis and management to fulfil the FAS and division requirement. 6.Push the employees’ performance management Process, from OAR setting to STAR assessment whole process. 7.Push the development and implementation of FES- EE activities in the plant. 8.Deal with various employee relation matters and activities, be able to explain company rules and regulations in a professional manner, to finally improve the employees’ satisfaction in employee survey of CS plant. 9.Assist he FES&P, Finance, Sales& aquistion team,and program and launch team to implement the VAVA, DLE improvement, cost saving of LC and MC, commercial claim, HC and LC calculation in acquisition stage, and new program launching relevant activities. 10.Lead and organize of employee communication activities to enhance employee engagement and team cooperation. 11.Have a fully comprehend of business dept needs, and provide proper and effective HR solution. 12.Complete other tasks of plant manager and HRM assigned.
Qualification: 1.At least 5 years HR experience in manufacturing industry, at least 2 years in HR generalist or HRBP role; 2.Be familiar with labor law and local HR regulation; 3.Master all of HR modules; 4.Good written and oral English skills as working language; 5.Have good analysis ability, problem solving & communication ability and influence.
