83 Maintain up-to-date and accurate lists of jobs and vacancies to be able to identify staffing needs. 83 Advertise all vacancies internally through in-house, the intranet and notice boards. 83 Professionally conduct interview and select right talents upon business needs in timely manner. 83 Carry out all administrative arrangements for those attending a selection process, including arranging tests and providing suitable arrangements for applicants with special needs. 83 Follow up the daily staffing include staff in & out, probation review and so on. 83 Support HR daily operation and keep well communication between Manager and staffs. 83 Coordinate staff training programs based on organizational and employee needs. 83 Arrange or conduct training courses, which may involve demonstrating equipment or operating video recorders. 83 Support the staff’s engagement and conflict, lay off when it needs. 83 Follow up Training feedbacks and support daily HR activities like staff caring and team build. 83 Perform other duties as assigned by Direct Manager. Requirements: 83 High Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resources Management. 83 Minimum 5 years working experience focusing on recruitment and training, preferable working at the multi-national, sourcing or trading company is an advantage. 83 Solid experience in recruitment / training is preferable. 83 Have good knowledge in PRC labor laws. 83 Good command of English
