1. Responsible for talent hunting and recruitment of positions in various departments; 2. Develop and maintain the existing industry talent resource base, make full use of various recruitment channels to obtain reserves and timely supplement the talents needed by the company; 3. Actively and effectively follow up the whole process of recruitment, including resume screening, interview notification, interview reception, interview evaluation, employment approval, entry tracking and other links; 4, regular recruitment report summary and analysis, improve recruitment efficiency; 5, efficient completion of the project recruitment task work arrangement; 6. Assisted the department head to deal with other human resources business work. 任职要求: 1、本科及以上学历,人力资源相关专业; 2、有3年以上专职招聘工作经验,具备3C产品或者医疗器械同行业招聘经验优先,熟悉各类招聘渠道和面试技巧运用,有猎头经验尤佳; 3、能够迅速准确地理解需求,熟练掌握面试技巧,能独立进行面试和甄选; 4、较强的执行力、进取心、适应力和抗压能力; 5、优秀的沟通能力,工作严谨高效,能很好地进行团队合作。
1.
