Job Description: 1.Respond to questions on basic administrative HR procedures and practices via multiple channels within our HR Solutions Center (e.g., e-mail, phone, chat and case management system). Answer basic HR policy-related and system-related questions for both managers and employees and coworkers, and escalate as appropriate. Perform higher level administrative processes involving some evaluation of accuracy and completeness. (35%) 2.Utilize Workday to process specific employee lifecycle related transactions, such as onboarding, contract renewal, exit, job change, employee request letters, etc. (35%) 3.Educate clients of services available to them and ensure accountability towards self-service tools such as Workday (Arrow’s HRIS) and other systems. Assist clients with performing basic self-service transactions. (20%) 4.Continuously suggest process improvements focusing on standardization related to HR programs, initiatives and inquiries. (10%)
What We Are Looking For: 1.Typically requires a 4-year university degree and 1 year of experience, excellent fresh graduates may also be considered. 2.Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or work experience 3.Strong communication and influencing skills 4.Ability to demonstrate effective customer services skills 5.Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments 6.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment 7.Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Speaking in Japanese is a plus. 8.Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision 9.Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions
