Responsibilities: 1. Handle external/internal emails, to serve with client / internal, oversea colleague’s need and to solve client /internal, oversea colleague’s concerned; 2. Follow client’s amendment requests on bill of lading/Freight charges in accordance with the requirements of the customs, import country and the company rules; 3. Update the data of bill of lading/Freight charges in system upon instruction; 4. Issue OBL after Vessel Departure; Telex Release Handling and other tasks; 5. Provide friendly and effective phone service; 6. Feedback to the superior in case of emergencies or problems encountered during your work. Requirements: 1. University graduate, major in International Trade/Foreign Trade is preferred 2. Be familiar with MS Office 3. Excellent command of English (CET4 or above) 4. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English 5. Pleasant personality, customer focus and tactful telephone calls handling skills 6. Good sense of team work and could work under pressure
