Responsibilities: ● Develop Strategies: Develop and execute effective strategies for paid media platforms, including paid search, and paid social in Hong Kong, ***, Netherland, Malaysia, etc. ● Coordination with Agencies: Collaborate with external agencies to align on campaign execution and ensure marketing goals are met. ● Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement strategies to enhance results. ● Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring funds are allocated effectively across all paid channels. Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs). ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with account managers and internal teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding across all channels. ● Reporting: Create regular performance reports that provide actionable insights to guide future marketing strategies. ● Stay Informed: Keep current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective, while identifying new opportunities in digital advertising.
Requirements: ● Proven experience executing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite (Facebook and Instagram), and TikTok. ● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field’s ● Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on driving measurable results. ● High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ● Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities; able to interpret data to inform marketing strategies. ● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks and projects independently. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with team members and stakeholders ● Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
