Job Summary The C&B Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's compensation system, ensuring that compensation strategies and practices align with company goals, market standards and legal compliance. This role requires in-depth knowledge of compensation management, data analysis, and market trends to ensure the company remains competitive in retaining and motivating talents. Key Responsibilities 70 Conduct research on external peer compensation data to provide a basis for determining the company's compensation standards for various positions. 70 Complete market competitiveness analysis on regular basis based on the market benchmark to understand the right pay positioning of employees. 70 Design and optimize compensation and benefits schemes according to the company's strategies, business needs, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic development direction. 70 Identify and address management issues related to compensation, adjusting existing compensation schemes or related management policies as necessary. 70 Deploy reward related activities, including but not limited to Salary Policy, Short-term Incentives, Long-term Incentives, Benefit Plans, and so on. 70 Organize and review the implementation of salary and bonus distribution for various employees according to the company's compensation and performance management policies. 70 Analyze compensation data and prepare reports to monitor and manage the company's labor costs. 70 Design and optimize employee benefits plans 70 Launch job evaluation exercises, coordinate Local Job Evaluation Committee meetings and follow up with promotion activities 70 Conduct C&B related communications 70 Other reward related tasks not mentioned above Qualifications 70 Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management or related fields, with rich and professional experience in compensation management in international companies. 70 Familiarity with laws and regulations related to compensation, benefits, and insurance. 70 Integrity, loyalty, meticulous work ethic, and strong confidentiality. 70 Proficiency in data analysis. 70 Excellent communication and coordination skills. 70 Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred. 70 Fluency in English, both written and spoken
