职位描述
Job Descriptions:

1.Completing BP tasks in MyHR according to defined standard processes
2.Implementing global/regional projects on talent management and development
3.Closely working with local frontline managers to identify service needs, providing local solution and feedback to SHRBP/RSSC if necessary
4. Co-working with GHRBP/other HR location managers/COE teams/SSC on cross location/regional projects and programs. Co-working with local business managers, providing people management solutions and consultancy. Co-working with location MD on local HR issues, providing all-round solutions to meet local business needs
5.Monitoring trends and developments in local labor market
6.Acting as local recruiter/supporting local recruitment process for responsible business units
to ensure talent requisition meets business needs
7.Managing critical local issues, incidents and events
8.Acting as representative on internal/external audits and legal dispute cases
9.Coordinating staff issues in remote offices

Accountable:
1.Sparring and consulting of managers on their individual and organizational issues
2.End-to-end administration of regional HR tasks (e.g. benefits administration, performance
management, reporting and compliance administration) for managers

Reporting line:
Direct reporting to Local HR manager

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's
degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI) preferred.
2.Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP role in global/multinational manufacturing organizations.
3.Fluency in mandarin and English communication.
4.Strong knowledge of labour laws, union relations, and manufacturing workforce dynamics.
5.Proven ability to analyse HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism) and drive improvements.
6.Strategic mindset and project management skills, with the ability to execute complex HR initiatives
7.Proficiency in HR system and Microsoft Office Suite
8.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
