1. Manage monthly compensation & benefits cycle for multiple entities across China and Hong Kong, including but not limited to payroll calculation, IIT declaration, MPF contribution, benefits enrolment and termination. 2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth experience for new hires. 3. Update and maintain the accuracy of employee information in HRIS. 4. Support annual HR exercises, including annual salary review, bonus scheme, tax filing, audits, insurance renewal, ensuring timely and accurate execution. 5. Participate in global and regional HR projects and initiatives, including engagement surveys, policy updates, and performance management. 6. Ensure that all human resources practices comply with local labor laws and company policies, mitigating risks and promoting our company culture and values. 7. Provide support for administrative tasks and assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned.
