Job Description
Key Responsibility 1 – HR Business Partner (80%)
1)Support management by providing HR advice, counsel, and solutions on topics such as organizational change, competency and people development, leadership development, etc. Act as a change agent in organizational development (OD) initiatives.
2)Manage key HR processes including Succession Planning, Performance Management, Talent Review and Validation, Annual Salary Review, and Associate Development.
3)Understand associate needs and actively participate in communication sessions related to Associate Surveys.
4)Serve as an HR consultant to business managers on people-related issues and employee relations (ER) cases.

Key Responsibility 2 – HR Projects (15%)
Act as project owner for key HR initiatives such as the PCd Development Program and the HR Academy.

Additional Tasks (5%)
Complete other tasks assigned by HR Manager as needed.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the HR field, with solid experience in an HR Business Partner role. Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or high-tech industries is preferred.
