Learning & Development ? Coordinate L&D activities to internal customer through life cycle management. . L&D master data maintain in the system and make training report. periodically for optimization purpose ? Support HRM for milestone L&D projects globally and locally ? Orientation management ? Facilitate on boarding process with cooperation with resourcing specialist. ? Work as an independent internal trainer to develop and delivery training courses. ? More utilization of internal facilities and leverage on internal facilitator (existing & potential) HRBP role ? Employee life cycle (Recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, competence development, ER, off-boarding) service management ? Meet line manager’s requirement in all kinds of people issues. ? To be the facilitator or co-facilitator in all kinds of workshops required by internal customers. Other tasks assigned by manager. Job Requirement & Qualification: ? With a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field ? At least 5+ years HR L&D function experience ? Have HRBP working experience is preferred. ? Independent, good team player with service mindset ? Fast learner, multi-task holder with high pressure resilience ? Ability to effectively communicate (in writing and verbally) to all levels of Organization ? Proficiency with MS software and WD systems ? Ability to speak and write English is desirable.
